In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkn999" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" refers to the operator of the pkn999 platform accessible at pkn999.net.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an account on the pkn999 platform.
• "Platform" means the pkn999 website, all associated pages, casino games, sportsbook, cashier functions, and any other services accessible through pkn999.net.
• "Account" means the individual player account opened on the pkn999 Platform following successful registration.

pkn999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence will result in account suspension pending resolution.

Each eligible individual may open one (1) account only on the pkn999 Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms. pkn999 employs automated and manual processes to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately;
• Any bonuses or promotional credits claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided;
• pkn999 reserves the right to withhold funds from duplicate accounts pending a full investigation.

During registration, players are required to provide the following accurate information:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document;
• Date of birth confirming the player is aged 21 or above;
• Valid email address to which the player has exclusive access;
• Valid Pakistani mobile number for OTP verification and account security purposes;

pkn999 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to provide accurate registration information or to keep registered details updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkn999 account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

pkn999 will treat any instruction or action performed using valid login credentials as having been authorised by the registered account holder. pkn999 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to maintain appropriate security over their credentials.

You must notify the pkn999 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pkn999 will suspend the account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.

pkn999 staff will never ask you to disclose your account password. Any communication purporting to be from pkn999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

pkn999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the pkn999 cashier and are subject to periodic review.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to the pkn999 account balance instantly. Bank transfer processing times may vary.

The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific playthrough multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each offer will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds in the account can be withdrawn.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while certain table games contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are listed in individual bonus terms.

• Multiple bets, accumulators, and combination bets are subject to the same individual event rules. If one leg of an accumulator is void, the accumulator will be recalculated without that leg.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkn999 Platform. Confirmed violation of any prohibition in this section will result in account suspension or permanent closure and may result in forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on the pkn999 Platform;
• Using false, misleading, or another person's identity information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal or unlawful activity;
• Colluding with other players to achieve unfair advantage in any casino game or sports bet;
• Using arbitrage strategies designed to exploit discrepancies between odds across platforms;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any mechanical assistance to interact with games or markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any platform vulnerability for financial gain;
• Making deposits for the purpose of money laundering or structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds;
• Sharing your pkn999 account access with any third party;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward pkn999 staff or other players via any communication channel.

pkn999 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in matters relating to financial crime, fraud, and any other illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the Platform.

pkn999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all eligible adult players. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total PKR amount deposited. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum PKR loss permissible over a specified period. pkn999 will notify you when you approach or reach this threshold.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure periodic on-screen alerts to notify you of the time elapsed during a gaming session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkn999 Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sub-license, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any pkn999 content beyond normal personal use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkn999 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the pkn999 Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any individual service, game, or feature;
• Errors or omissions in Platform content, odds, game results, or payment calculations that are rectified in a timely manner;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security;
• Events outside the reasonable control of pkn999, including force majeure events, network outages, or regulatory actions.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkn999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Where pkn999 is found liable to a player under these Terms, pkn999's total aggregate liability to that player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkn999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkn999 will endeavour to provide registered players with reasonable advance notice via email to the registered account address or via an on-platform notification.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at pkn999.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into effect.

Your continued use of the pkn999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the pkn999 support team.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the pkn999 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which pkn999 is licensed to operate.
